I was without heat for almost 2 weeks when my uncle recommended Buttons heating and I had about 4 quotes before I called them. I met Joe Button and he is such a gentle and caring man, the moment he realized I was without heat he offered to lend me right away a portable heater. And he was the only one who offered me that and I felt he genuinely cares for his customers.
Joe's quote was more than my other quotes but I liked his honesty and after reading reviews from homestars, I figured they must be doing an excellent job to get that high rating, so I decided to signed with Joe and I'm so thankful I did. I think they deserve more than 10 stars and the service they give is priceless.
Then Todd, Johnathon, Mike and Mike came on time and installed my furnace, a/c and rental hot water tank and they were so professional, friendly, all good looking and very competent. They will take the time to talk to you if you have any questions or concerns. The quality of their work was exceptional, they will treat your home as if it was theirs and the best part was they cleaned up too. Those fabulous 4 deserve a raise from Buttons too. I even had a follow up call from Todd the next day to find out if I have any other concerns or questions. They do give excellent service and if you have any heating or cooling needs, I highly recommend them. I am one satisfied customer and wish Button's Heating more success in the future.
