Summer came too early in May 2010 but unfortunately our A/C broke down. It was really hot and we're expecting June would be much worst. Our budget is tight and we can't afford to pay cash, I heard about Button Heating Inc. thru an officemate and immediately got hold of the number thru a home improvement store.... spoke to Steve Thomas who immediately scheduled a visit at home. I'm not around but he was very professional to explain to my wife the scope of work and equipment involved and gave us a reasonable competitive quote. He committed to mobilize within a week. I took a half day off and when I arrived at home the technicians was started surveying the exterior of the house and started pre-work in dismatling the old A/C unit. In less than 4 hours the job was completed and they also cleaned up the messy old wirings and pipings of the old installation. In short they walked the extra mile to make their customer happy and provide excellent quality of wwork. They installed Trane A/C and now I need to call only one maintenance service since my existing furnace is also Trane. BTW I got a 1 year to pay terms Steve arranged with the home improvement store.
So when the heat wave came in June, we were ready and since then and as of this writing we are enjoying the comfort of Trane A/C provided by Button Heating Inc., but I feel bad.... the rating is up to 10 stars only, they deserve an 11 or 12. Cheers.
