John, Jonathan, and Todd from Button's come over as scheduled. Went about their work quietly and efficiently. They didn't rush their work and took as long as they needed and did a high quality job.
All the work done was consistent with what we had discussed previously with Pete, their saleman. Very good experience with Pete, who understands what we need and no high pressure sales tactics were used.
After they finished their work, they showed us all the work that was done and explained everything to us in detail. Again, there was no rush on their part even though it was past 5 pm.
We noticed one of the existing backyard slabs was crooked. We mentioned this to John who immediately chiselled the slab and cemented the whole area to make it flat.
