An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had all doors replaced in our townhome complex. The installation crews of Igor and Michael were amazing. They carefully took out the old door and installed leaving the house open for only 5 minutes during yesterday's rain. The caulking is very need and casing is completely straight I just have to get someone to paint it. The only thing that they couldn't do is put the old storm door back on but they did try for about an hour even though it was not part of our agreement. I would recommend these guys to anyone thinking of replacing their doors.
