Entire house window and door replacement
Just had Canadian Choice replace all the windows and doors in my house. From the initial sales conversation with Oliver, dealing with the headoffice, to the installation by the best team ever (Vladimir, Simon, Alexandre, Alexei and Ivan) my experience with Canadian Choice has been very pleasant. I'm not saying it was ideal - the order had to be modified a few times to get the correct door size and the installation appointments were pushed out a couple of times - nothing out of the ordinary, in my mind, when it comes to replacing a larger order of windows in the winter :)
I have to point out that their sales people don't just sell you the product and disappear - Oliver consistently followed up throughout the process and even showed up on the installation date to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It's been a couple of weeks and I can't notice any issues with the installation like air leaks, missing parts, things coming off, etc. Thank you!
PS: You still owe me a new window screen!! :)
