Ducts, dryer cleaning and a bird's nest, oh my
I was very satisfied that the work that the Capps team did at my rental property. They were able to give me a quick quote on the phone and improved on it when I expanded the scope of the job. I chose them because of their positive reviews on HomeStars and the mention on their website of handling birds nests.
They were able to schedule a visit within a few days and were very conscientious of my tenants. Once the job was done they sent me a picture of the bird's nest so I could see what was blocking the dryer vents. They also installed caps on the vents to prevent any critters from getting back in.
