Had a home inspection done. After moving in found that there were many missed issues that should have been caught in the home inspection (esp considering price and reported level of expertise - i.e. engineer).
See photo from inspection report of obviously water stained electrical panel - there was an active leak behind the panel that was missed. (Water + electricity!)
There were many other misses from the home inspection. When I connected with a manager (Sal) to discuss, he reported he would follow-up with me after discussing with home inspector (Walter), but he never called/emailed back (am writing this months later).
Overall I expected greater expertise, especially with some of the problems that have emerged. And expected a return call when one is promised.
I would not recommend Carson Dunlop.
