I required a pre-sale home inspection report. Carson Dunlop sent a qualified inspector out very promptly. He provided a thorough report and identified specific items that could be economically addressed before the house went on the market allowing me to avoid post sale issues at a significant cost saving.

I had the privilege of having my prospective new Whitby home inspected by Gordon. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Since it was the first time that I would be living independently in a house, Gordon took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Gordon has given me the confidence as a home owner to know what to expect. He was open to answering all my questions and it was worth every penny.
