Waterproofing review in

Fitz Wilkes arrived right on time of the scheduled appointment. He was here to do the annual inspection of my sump pump install. He answered all of my questions very clearly & informed me of what steps were being done. I found him to be very knowledgable,informative & a pleasure to do business with. This is the second time that Fitz has done this inspection & the service was a reflection of the first inspection. He has excellent customer service skills.
