Within a week of phoning, Ron arrived to assess the crack in our basement wall, and promptly recommended the FlexiSpan solution, and was able to answer our all our questions very competently, and was able to put all our concerns to rest. With it being the ‘damp’ season and therefore very busy for Clarke, we were scheduled for the installation within 3 weeks. But, within 3 days, received a call that Shane could install the very next day, just what we wanted. Shane arrived on time, and by his own admission of being a perfectionist, which is just what you want to hear, started the work that was required. Shane is very approachable and not shy to identify all the work that was necessary and within 3 hours was finished and had cleaned up as well. Now after 2 weeks and a great deal of rain, no problems!, thanks Clarke.
