After reading countless good reviews of Brent, I decided I wanted to get him to do my 30-day new home inspection. Brent was on time and spent a good 4 hours at the house looking over everything. He is a wealth of knowledge and gave me some good pointers along the way. He actually found quite a few things (nothing major, thank god) and was kind enough to list them not only in the binder but also completed the Tarion sheets which saved me a lot of time. He took tons of pictures and emailed me the main ones for my review.
I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him in the future.

It's just amazing what the builder will forget to do, or the excuses they will make up to try and defend themselves for sloppiness. Better yet, is how the heck did certain things even pass inspection by the site supervisor/ city inspector? You are right, it's great news when a new home has minimal wrong with it like yours!
