High Efficiency Gas Furnace with Central A/C
The price was good, the quality of workmanship was excellent, the technicians and installers were very knowledgeable. Respect and care was taken with the areas of my home that they had to work in and walk through. They were very courteous. I did had some problems with the initial installation, piping wasn't correct and to gas company standards (the guy doing my install was new to HVAC) and the A/C compressor wouldn't fire up when asked by the thermostat. (Incorrect wiring) These were minor problems and were resolved very quickly and professionally the very next day even though it was a weekend. The technicians took the time they needed to fix the problems properly and thoroughly tested the entire system before leaving to ensure the system was 100%. I would do business with this company again and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace / repair their furnace & A/C unit for a good price.

- Better communication with customers in terms of the schedule for the installation day. What time they are coming exactly and what will take place throughout the day and if there is a possibility that it might take longer than 1 day to complete the job so alternative heat arrangements can be made.
