Counterforce

Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with. I had an issue with my alarm system. Called Counterforce. They did nothing. Two months later called again, They said they would send some one out. After a week, I was contacted by a their local repair person. After a week, the repair person made it out to inspect. Needed a battery. Came back a couple of days later with a battery, but it too was dead. Never came back after that.

I called Counterforce to cancel as I've not had a working alarm for months now. After 48 minutes on hold, I spoke to a guy with a "couldn't care less" attitude who told me I needed to give 3 months notice to cancel.

So, I'm still paying for alarm monitoring of a non-working alarm.
