Almost all contractors & tradespeople would have either brushed the valve handle partial breakage as being too minor or would have denied it. Heck, we didn't even ask them to fix it! We just asked if it was safe for us to do it ourselves. This is A+ service. Thanks, Cozy World. I will definitely be recommending you guys to others if this is the business ethics you work on.
