My furnace did not sound too good last night, and by the morning it was not working at all. As usual I popped on Homestars and Cozy World stood out because of their fantastic reviews. I now know why. I called the number and explained the symptoms and Fred knew the problem right away. He came on time, fixed it very quickly at a reasonable cost and was a pleasure to talk to.
