I got four esitimates and Boris was the only one to explain the BTU ratings (input vs output) and how a new 95% efficient furnace produce the same heat output as an older higher rated mid efficiency furnance. Not only was Cozy World cheaper than the others when comparing same size units, but I was able to install a smaller unit adding to the savings.
When it came time to do the work, it was just as Boris said it would be. No surprises. Kam and crew were professional and did a great, clean job. I's been about two weeks now and so far the system is running perfectly.
I'm very happy with the entire project, and recommend this company to anyone. It's nice to know there are still some great companies with good old fashioned values around.
