Our 15 year old furnace was giving us a lot of trouble. Boris from Cozy World came to our house, explained in detail exactly what type of furnace we needed and took the time to answer all our questions.
The installer, Kam, and his assistants were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves.
The new furnace is so quiet you can barely tell it is running and we love the iComfort s30 wifi thermostat which shows the weather and can be operated from my iPhone.
All in all a very smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you Cozy World!
