Someone I know recommended I have Marty from the Shelving Outlet come by to give me prices and some ideas. He was easy to talk to to and straightforward with his quote. He put together some great drawings for an awkward closet. The work got done as promised and this was about 1.5 years ago. His price was competitive and overall I think we got a great deal and product.
The other day I realized we had a minor issue with the closet so I called them up to see what to do. Within 15 minutes I had a service appointment scheduled, for the SAME DAY! Marty came by and fixed the problem at no charge. It is remarkable that a company will stand by their product like this and offer such excellent service so long after the installation.
