Someone I know recommended I have Marty from the Shelving Outlet come by to give me prices and some ideas. He was easy to talk to to and straightforward with his quote. He put together some great drawings for an awkward closet. The work got done as promised and this was about 1.5 years ago. His price was competitive and overall I think we got a great deal and product.

The other day I realized we had a minor issue with the closet so I called them up to see what to do. Within 15 minutes I had a service appointment scheduled, for the SAME DAY! Marty came by and fixed the problem at no charge. It is remarkable that a company will stand by their product like this and offer such excellent service so long after the installation. Definitely would recommend the Shelving Outlet not just for quality and price, but excellent after service

I had a number of different closet organizer companies provide us quotes. From the beginning Shelving Outlet stood out from the others from the way they listened, their knowledge, their professionalism and the quality of the product that they offered. I was surprised too by the value of their pricing compared to the other companies. Their quote initially seemed more expensive than some of the companies but when you really compared apples to apples we realized we were given by far the best quote based on the products, number of fronts and drawers and other features. Most importantly, the installation was done when they said it would be and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend shelving outlet.

I found Marti from a recomendation. His price was lower than the first quote I got, and Marti's design was way better. He did a great job, came back several times until everything was done to my 100% satisfication ! He never even asked for his final payment, I gave it to him when everything was 100% completed.
The design and workmanship was outstanding !
The only negative was that the work was delayed one week as he took an unexpected vacation. Can't fault him with that.

The Shelving Outlet may be recognized for its professionalism, quality of merchandise and impeccable service by its customers but I found it was the owner's interpersonal ability to understand how I function and what I needed most that impressed me. I wanted to minimize closet chaos throughout my apartment and end bedroom disaster. Marty took it a step further and turned my closets into showpieces that now reflects my personality and needs.
