My husband and I phoned Designer Window Fashions in Mississauga and requested a consultation with a designer. Lyle (one of the owners) visited our home, and we were extremely pleased with the service he provided. Lyle made some excellent suggestions to us - things we hadn't considered. He also went out of his way to offer us a very competitive price and was very helpful in having our window coverings delivered and installed in an incredibly short period of time. We were very happy with the installation of the window coverings - they were installed in a very timely and efficient manner. We have been very impressed with the customer service we have received from this company, and would be pleased to recommend them.

Hunter Douglas drapes were installed in a professional manner and great timing just be for Christmas. In checking other spots we think that we were treated with one of the most outstanding prices for the job and were completely happy with the outcome.

The experience starts with Mandeep at the store, great personality and service. The onsite consutlation with Lyle was great as he could easily match suggestios to the surrounding decor. Installation was clean and professional.

Quick in home service with great advice. Even with all the children running around, the sales consultant remained calm and professional. The communication was great via phone and email. Also very understanding when our plans changed and could reschedule appointments easily.

I had such a great experience working with Designer Window Fashions for the window coverings in my living room that I am looking forward to working with them again soon! Not only did they provide excellent prices, but their level of experience and professionalism (from the initial consultation with Lyle to the installation with Charles) was exceptional! We would definitely recommend Designer Window Fashions. We had previous experience with them when moving into our new home and went with them again when putting in blinds for our kitchen french doors and basement windows/sliding door. We were very happy with the consultation process. John was knowledgeable and direct. Dealing with the office staff was great as they followed up efficiently with any questions we had. Installation was seamless and we are extremely happy with the final product. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends/family.

Our experience with Designer Window Fashions was exceptional. We were impressed by the product knowledge and advice communicated by the staff, the free in-house consultation, the smooth negotiation process and the complimentary paper blinds while we waited for installation. We had received another quote that was slightly lower and there was a small hiccup during installation, but the pricing was still very competitive and the high level of service and outstanding product quality more than made up for the difference.

I absolutely love my shutters from Designer Window Fashions! They look amazing, and smudgy fingerprints from my two young children clean easily. But more important was the service I got. The associate who came to my home was extremely knowledgable, and helped me to choose the right shutters for my home. The installation was done for me, and the company even followed up to check that I was happy. I plan to purchase more shutters from them for other windows in my home. I have only good things to say about this company. Price was comparable to other stores (I shopped around) but I feel service is far superior.
