We had Dial One clean the ducts in our current home and since we have purchased a new one, wanted to get the ducts cleaned before moving in. Originally booked them for a Saturday but then realized there was going to be overlap with other deliveries so I called and asked to move the appointment to Friday – which happened to be a holiday (Good Friday), and Joe, the owner, was very gracious in accommodating our request. Wil came over and he explained what needed to be done. He spent over 1.5 hrs at the house and showed us some of the stuff he was doing. The filter the builder had put in was overflowing with dust, absolutely disgusting and he also showed us the access point the previous company used for cleaning the ducts was way too small to be able to properly clean. He told us the ducts were not too bad, but there was a lot of fine dust which we expected with a new build plus we had some other renovations done.
The next day, after the job, we felt an immediate improvement – no more of the stuffy nose/headache. I also liked the fact that they charged a flat price and none of that ‘per vent’ gimmick.
