The simple facts are that I needed my air ducts cleaned, as I haven't had them done in about 9 years, so I researched on the NADCA website and narrowed it down to Dial 1 and another company with great reviews. I called both and when I spoke to Joe he was knowledgeable and simple to understand and when he quoted me a price there were no added fees, like the other company. Which I loved!! I found the other company's rep difficult to understand and there were a lot of added on prices. Joe had time the following week and accommodated my schedule.
When the day came, Wil was running a little behind so before my scheduled time, he called me to inform me and then was at my home in 30 mins. He was very professional and explained to me everything he was going to do before he started. He was very approachable when I had questions and I felt comfortable with him being in my home. I never felt he was rushing to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself when the job was complete and he informed me of the condition of the vents. He even helped me take out a neighbourhood cat that decided to come in and see what all the noise was about :)
I felt the difference in air quality the following morning as my kids didn't wake up with stuffy noses or sneezing. Thank you Dial 1 for a great job. I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends. See you in a few years. Also, the surprise of the Tim's card was a nice added touch!!
