An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. We had a problem with our hot water heater. We phoned in the middle of the night, was able to talk with a real person and made on appointment convenient to us for the technician to come. The direct energy technician came on-time and changed to indoor shoes without us asking. He diagnosed and fixed our problems in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!
