An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had 2 calls to direct energy, first one our hot water tank stop working, I followed the manual and reset it and we got hot water again and service person came but check and it seems to be working. Next call was April 20th , it stopped working, service man came in the morning and checked (this time i left it alone and did not do anything), He explained to me how it works and realized since this is the second time it happened, he checked and replaced some parts, he was also very courteous and professional and work quickly and was very respectful , I forgot to get his name but he was excellent.
