Water Filtration & Purification review in

Wednesday morning we had no hot water. Phoned Enercare and they had a technician (Bruce) out to us by 4p.m. He tried to fix it but the replacement part did not work.He then arranged for a new and different part and came back Thursday morning.That did not work ,so on the spot we arranged for installation of a new hot water tank.The tank was 11 years old.By 4:30 p.m. a new crew(Waseem and Danny) came, removed the old tank and installed the new one, all by 6:00 p.m.They respected our home and were professional in their work.We were happy with their dedication. I feel this was handled as quickly as humanly possible and we are very appreciative of Enercare's service.This did not cost us at all since it was a rented hot water heater.
