Requested a service call for blocked drain covered under monthly maintenance agreement

called on May 4 and told someone will be here between 4 pm and 7 pm. No one here at 7 pm . I call the 24/7 number at 7 pm and am told next available spot is the next day between 10 am and 2 pm. I complain and ask to speak with a supervisor and person hangs up on me.It's the weekend and I am asked to wait both saturday AND sunday for a technician that may or may not show up. I call again 5 minutes later, speak to someone else, and am told that, even though this is a 24/7 service, they cannot send someone today. only tomorrow in another 4 hour window.
