Air conditioner and water heater
Our air conditioning was not working so I call and I was offered an appt. 3 days away. With our mother being a senior with breathing issues and the terrible heat this was a long time for her.
I call again the next day and one of the most helpful people guided us through the process and was able to get us the next day. We have been a customer for many years and this was the best service we have had.

Now for the water heater...we have gone back and forth with trying to get the correct water heater in our home for the last month. The excuse was the planning dept. had to call. I must have called a dozen times and always the same.

some calls and the plumber is coming the next day.
