I can't say enough good things about Paul Cossitt, the Sales Rep as well as Craig and Sean, the installers. Theses 3 guys made the whole experience extremely pleasant. You are fortunate as a company to have these 3 individuals representing your name and your brand. Not only would I recommend Direct Energy, but I have already spoken at length with a neighbour who will very likely be in touch with you in the days to come to purchase a new furnace.

The service technician was excellent. We had a problem with our hot water tank venting and he explained the situation to me and then contacted Direct Energy to find out the best way to deal with problem. I was called by Direct Energy right away with my options. My overall experience was excellent.

The service call resulted in our discovering that the furnace heat exchangers had to be changed. I decided to buy a new furnace. Regarding your service and sales reps, both were excellent and knowledgeable, courteous and professional in the best sense. Fabio, the technician, and Barry Kalisky, the sales rep are excellent examples of good customer relations.

Pierre was our technician and is great asset to Direct Energy. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He was determined to get our heat back no matter what. I am so grateful that i have the Direct Energy Protection Plan, for $23.00 a month it is well worth the cost. Thanks, Marian

The problem got fixed on the same day. The servicemen were very courteous. The best was they brought the carpet (non skid) which prevented any damage to the house and the whole process was very clean. Thanks.

Since I signed on for a Total Home Protection Plan from Direct Energy (about $30 per month), I have enjoyed peace of mind knowing that my furnace, AC and plumbing are covered. No surprise bills... just reliability at a fair price. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional, and customer service is very efficient booking appointments and explaining coverage. I do recommend this plan to others as it has already saved me money on my aging furnace.

Unfortunately, the most recent visit has not been as satisfying. They came to do a furnace maintenance check, which I've had done in previous years and they tech always left a copy of the report. Now they bring in iPads and we have to digitally sign on the screen, after which they would email me my copy of the report. After a few days of not receiving it, and days after filling out their survey in the interim asking for someone to call me, I received a call and found that the email would take 2-6 weeks to arrive. I told the person how unacceptable that is, as I'm planning to sell my home and need that report. The customer service agent said he would see if he could get it expedited and assured me he would call back within a day either way. That call has yet to come through after about a week.

So my rating went from a 10 to a 6 in large part because i don't like dealing with companies that can take 6 weeks to send an email, especially when they didn't tell me beforehand, and then agrees to return my call within a day and doesn't. Too bad... they had been doing so well by me...

With having a family member take his life on mar 3 we were left unable to call on my brother in-law to fix our furnace as we have in the passed so i was very grateful to be able to call Direct Energy for peace of mind and having a plan in place so the furnace is protected for future maintenance issue. Thank you for being there and offering a service for a peace of mind.

1st visit – technician diagnosed problem and ordered parts and part arrived quickly the next day. 2nd visit – technician arrived quickly to install new part. I liked having the same technician on both visits to complete the job/repair. Fast service.

When we had an emergency with a broken sink tape. We had fast and electric service. Roy, the plumber form Marco plumbing, who went beyond perfect service. The wait time with direct on phone was not great.

Very professional and friendly technician. Answered any questions we put forward. Completed furnace inspection - checked everything and left with a friendly smile. Very much appreciate his approach to both my husband and myself as we are seniors - felt very comfortable with him.
