SERVICEMAN CAME ON CHRISTMAS DAY! VERY NICE MAN. THE INSTALLERS WERE HERE AT THE START OF THE 4 HOUR WINDOW AND WERE DONE IN ON TIME ALSO VERY POLITE. THANK YOU.

THE TECHNICIANS CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS, TOOK GREAT CARE NOT TO DO ANY DAMAGE BRINGING TANKS IN AND OUT AND DID THE WORK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY DID NOT MAKE A MESS AND GAVE GOOD INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING THE HEATER.

SAME DAY SERVICE FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT RED TAGGED WATER HEATER, NEXT DAY INSTALLATION FOR THE NEW TANK. POLITE SERVICEMEN AND CONSIDERATE OF MESSY SNOWY WEATHER WHEN COMING INTO HOUSE. WAS PLEASED, EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED SO QUICKLY. THANK YOU.

IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH THE INSTALLATION CREW., DUCT CLEANING PERSON AND THE SALES ADVISER. I WISH MANY MORE COMPANIES WOULD GIVE THE SAME EXCELLENT SERVICE LIKE DIRECT ENERGY PEOPLE. THANK YOU!

Our appointment was Thursday morning, Wednesday night Direct Energy called our home asking if we would like an appointment that evening instead as the service person was close by. Excellent. We chose that option which was much more convenient than delaying to the next day between 10 and 2. thank you for that option

THE GUY THAT CAME TO FIX OUR HOT WATER TANK WAS AWESOME! DROVE IN A STORM TO GET HERE, WAS VERY POLITE, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. WE WERE VERY PLEASED - SORRY CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME, BUT HE NEEDS A RECOGNITION FOR HIS WORK!!

Your service technician was a very polite and courteous individual. Let us know about our air filter, how to keep it clean and the importance of keeping your furnace clean. Efficient, and quiet. Had a trainee with him. Happy with the service we received. thank you

I cannot say enough positive things about the service people who we met. Everything was explained so we could understand. The fact we are seniors the serviceman and salesman went beyond. Thank you so much.
