Excellent service all the way around...both the initial call in for the problem and the repairman who came (water heater issue). The 'very good' for Q6 around answer-time for the phone-in was because I had to wait a minute or so. Seriously excellent service all around and consistent with all my past experience with Direct Energy vis-a-vis my home heating/water-heater.

This service request was for my Mothers home which I booked. She is 87 years young and the Service Tech was outstanding explaining the completed work to her which I greatly appreciated....
We have a Service Contract which has been very reassuring knowing she will not have any problems with her heating and cooling systems and this service is part of the contract. Very worthwhile.

I originally spoke to Nancy on March 12th. I was concerned with the cost of the plan. Nancy convinced me that keeping the plan was my best option. The next day it was raining in my kitchen. After calling a couple of plumbers, I remembered I had the plan and called Direct Energy. I was pleased with the service I received on the phone as I was more than upset and the person on the phone tried to get me an appointment for the same day. It wasn't possible but the technician arrived at 8 a.m. the following morning. He was very courteous and explained everything that was happening to me.I was extremely pleased with the service I received and was very happy with the whole experience.

The men who installed the furnace did it very efficiently and quickly. They took care to keep the place clean while bringing things in and out and were very courteous. I do appreciate the good service I received. Thank you - please pass on to the guys.

I was so happy that I received a time and date right away and they came in the time allotted. Always friendly, remembered our cat, had booties and was neat and clean and advised as to the status of our current furnace. Keep up the great job. Colour is life Ingrid CFS

THE TECHNICIANS CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS, TOOK GREAT CARE NOT TO DO ANY DAMAGE BRINGING TANKS IN AND OUT AND DID THE WORK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY DID NOT MAKE A MESS AND GAVE GOOD INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING THE HEATER.
