Just want to thank you for your excellent service in attending to the problem with my garage door. Your technician was very prompt and knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose and repair the problem in less than 45 minutes. He also took the time to discuss future issues that are likely to arise with my outdated opener.
I have been in a service business for 45 years and must say that the gentleman that attended today was very professional, courteous, and most helpful.
I will definitely call you again if and when I need help with my garage door.
