Impressed by the reviews about this company I contacted them about repairing my garage door.
Although there was an issue with punctuality, I'm happy with the garage door repair. Repairman was courteous and the repair was done quickly. Impressed by the final cost, very affordable.

We normally give a timeline window and try and follow this to the best of our ability. However, problems may arise with traffic, weather, complications on sites, etc which may cause us to be delayed. In the above case our technician did call and alert the client that he was running behind schedule but we do apologize that he did not call the client until the end of the given timeline.
