Contacted Dodds by telephone and received a call-back with 24 hours for a homes visit consultation. I could tell right away that this company knew what they were doing as they could tell immediately what was going wrong with my current garage door set-up that came with our house. They recommended a solution that would last as long as we owned our home and would function quietly and effectively. After paying a standard deposit I was contacted again within the time specified to set-up an installation date. The installer came on time on the day agreed and did a great job removing the old door and track, installing the new door and hooking it up to the existing door opener. The installer was neat, clean & professional and insured i was clear how the new door functioned prior to leaving. The new door and hardware are of superior quality and opens and closes extremely quietly. What a difference! Finally a garage door that works and is solid! I'd highly recommend Dodd's to anyone that is thinking of having their door replaced or serviced.
