Needed to replace both of my old wooden garage doors with 2 new garage doors that were insulated. Contacted Dodds who had a garage door sale on. The salesperson was knowledgeable & very helpful. He explained all aspects of the work to be done carefully & completely. After being satisfied with the price and product, I gave the job to Dodds Doors. I was sent an email giving me the date of the installation & asked if it was satisfactory & if so to confirm, which I did.
On the date of the installation, June 6th 2014 and at the time the job was supposed to start, a young man by the name of Jeremy introduced himself, explained the scope of work & the approximate time it would take and then commenced. The job was completed on time, all the hardware was replaced with new hardware. Jeremy even swept up the garage as he removed all the debris, old hardware and the old rotted garage doors. The job was completed as promised and the doors look great. Would I use Dodds again....hell ya!! Would I recommend them....hell ya! Now a day, if you get what you paid for and that company providing the service goes above & beyond to take care of you & make you feel special...well that's extremely important to me. Great job guys & thank you Jeremy...you are amazing!!!
