Over the years weve had blocked kitchen drains that plumbers have only partially cleared. We were advised that there was a severe blockage that could not be snaked without opening up the ceiling. Today, Armando from Drain Works confirmed the blocked section but took the time and used the snake in different directions until he cleared out the blockage.
I was impressed with his thoroughness, patience and professionalism and would recommend him to my family and friends. If I do eventually have further problems I will certainly call Drain Works.
