I found DrainWorks through homestars.ca and was very pleased to see the high rating was well deserved. Everyone I dealt with at DrainWorks was courteous and professional.
When the main drain from my house backed up, I called DrainWorks and they quickly came out and showed me how badly plugged with tree roots my home's old plumbing was. I was given the option of fixing the one badly plugged portion, or to get the whole system replaced as there were roots creeping in in other areas. I chose to have the entire system replaced and don't regret it at all. DrainWorks did a great job.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DrainWorks to anyone.
