Very efficiently handled, from the initial phone call, through scheduling the plumber (and his showing up on time), through provision of an an estimate, explaining it in detail and getting the work done quickly, efficiently and cleanly (nothing to clean up afterwards, even including footprints - he put on a sleeve over his boots).
My only quibble was that the cost seemed high for what was done. I have no idea if other plumbers charge a similar amount. But given the likely cost of parts and time, I would think the price would have been closer to $200 than $300.
