I waited several weeks for a custom order of blinds from DK (Drapery King).
Finally picked up the order and took it home. On unboxing, I found several parts missing. Asked DK to supply the missing parts. They wanted me to chase their supplier. I said, 'No. You fix this.'
Five days later I finally got A grudging 'OK, bring the order back to us." I asked 3 times "And when can I get it back?" Finally got the answer "Don'[t know." At that stage I'd wasted a month. Gave up on DK and installed without the missing pieces.
