I had a terrible experience with El Cheapo and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They completely screwed up my move and refused to offer any kind of apology for it, let alone a discount. They were great in the beginning and acted like customer service was important to them, but as soon as they messed things up, they ignored me completely and made no effort to fix the situation.

El Cheapo moved us from a house to an apartment last Sunday. Our team of Mike, Carl, and Jackson were simply fantastic! They were on time and ready to roll. They treated us with kindness and respect - and all of our things too! Our new second-floor apartment is brand-new with freshly painted walls and polished wood floors. The guys didn't leave one tiny scratch or smudge anywhere!
The entire experience - from getting an estimate from Toby, booking with Simon, getting every detail right with Gail, to the great moving crew - was professional, friendly, and downright enjoyable!
The cost was less than we expected for such an amazing job.
If you have had nightmare experiences with movers in the past -
Call El Cheapo - and your bad memories will evaporate!

Each time, they took great care with my furniture and other belongings, confirmed moving time and locations and always called ahead of time. Nice guys, with reliable service that's affordable. Very smooth and satisfactory moving experience; really took the stress out of it. Movers were right on time, friendly, & efficient. They even completed my move (bach apt to 1 bdrm, so not much stuff) in less than an hour! Well worth the money. Also appreciate the student discount.

Amazing experience all across the board. Very friendly, professional and punctual team moved my belongings in a fraction of the time and effort it would have taken me at a very reasonable cost. Would whole-heartedly recommend this service provider to anyone else!

I usually don’t write reviews for anything but my extreme satisfaction with the company urged me to do so. The movers came on time, bright and early on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately for me, the management of my building we’re not as reliable and I had no way to get access to the elevator that I had booked weeks in advanced. The movers told me it was fine they would do without and be quick, also throwing an extra mover at no cost to facilitate the now more complicated move. Thankfully, we were able to get access to the elevator by around 9:30 which is when they started the clock even if they had arrived earlier than that (9:10). This was greatly appreciated! The movers were quick and efficient, were careful with my belongings, and most importantly they were extremely friendly and wonderful to work with. They completed my move in 2 quick hours with all my belongings in good conditions. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service I got from El Cheapo movers, from the minute I picked up the phone to the minute the truck was out of the driveway. I would most definitely recommend this company to others.

I needed movers to move from one condo to another. El cheapo Movers provided a great quote and were very professional to deal with. The 2 gentlemen they sent to do the move (sorry I forgot your names), were very professional, courteous and just great ppl. When is the last time you heard those words to describe movers? Not only that, but they were actually a few minutes early too (for an early morning move!). I cannot say enough about my satisfaction with using this company. I would highly recommend El Cheapo Movers, and I will definitely use them again.
