Our thanks and recommendation to Express Rooter Plumbers for the method that master plumber Martin uses with all his staff and professionally qualified plumbers. On the job, they first of all determine the cause of the problem. (It seemed to me that our bathtub was leaking although I couldn’t demonstrate where it was leaking.) Martin, however, said that they always start with the basics. They investigated the problem and found out how the water was getting behind the wall. It turned out to be only a minor problem after all. Water was leaking down the shower wall behind the fixtures which had never been secured to the tiled wall. Martin confirmed this by getting a view of water running down behind the wall, which was not easy to do in our location.
Express Rooter discovered the cause of the problem then recommended their solution. We are now very happy we called Express Rooter Plumbers. We respect Martin and his staff for their professional courtesy and competence. We appredicated having them in our home.
