reshingle, new flat roof, new deck
The previous owners of the house had used Fabrizi prior to my purchase. When calling to see if they would honour the warrantee under new ownership I was pleased with the genuine confidence in their workmanship.
I had them in to quote on various jobs and was pleased at the care they took to ensure i was getting what I asked for. Speaking with their staff I learned that many had been doing roofs with them for over 15 years which gave me confidence that this company knew how to hold on to good trades and also knew how to please customers in order to stay in business. At the end they built me a beautiful deck off the 3rd storey of my house as well as re-shingling half the roof and installing a new skylight. Cinzia was quick to return calls and emails and her Dad was excellent at making sure I knew what was happening throughout the process. The Fabrizi team are consumate professionals and I know they will stand behind their work as they did need to come back to finsh a few things off. They always left the jobsite clean and respected the neighbours by protecting siding and being noise conscious.
I enjoy recommending them to family and friends as they make me look good!
