First off I would say that our sales rep and installer were wonderful to work with. We were guided every step of the way to choose the best options to serve our needs and the install happened when promised and was done exceptionally well - clean and precise work with no mess left behind. That is the good part of the experience.
Not sure if we got a bad batch of product but we have had numerous issues with the hardware since. Mechanisms coming out of their tracks when opening, locks breaking and numerous cranks breaking. In fact, we just recently had crank break and another starting to fail. I really want to give this product a ten but cant because of the constant breakdowns with the hardware. Without that, really happy with the product.
