An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had some of our windows replaced in the past by Clera windows and doors. Rick and his helper did a great job on the installation and the windows look great.
We just ordered 2 doors from Clera and are very confident that they will do another great job.We have always been very happy with the service we received from Hans and his staff and would gladly recommend his company . We are looking forward to the new doors. We have used other companies in the past (before we found FM) and Hans and his team are far superior in terms of service and installation quality.
