Our salesperson Dennis arrived on time & was very knowledgable and extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate materials. He took his time suggesting materials, explaining the manufacturing and installation process, as well as answering any questions or concerns we had. The installer was excellent. He was punctual, friendly and did a great job. We are very pleased with the quality of window and doors and have received many compliments from our family and neighbours.
