We had Clera replace our basement windows and replace our front door. The salesman was very convincing that this product was of very high quality so we decided to proceed. The installation was very well done and looks great. During installation, one of the plastic trim pieces broke and needed to be replaced. After several follow up calls the piece was replaced but broke again when it was being installed. We also have been experiencing air leaks in our new front door which leads to an ice build up on the outside of the door.
Chris came out and repaired everything beyond all expectations. He is truly a professional.
