On May 10th, 2021 Jonathan the sales person was sent to my home and after I sign a contract with him, he took $ 2,250.00 deposit from me and he doesn't want to do the work and I ask for my deposit back the company does not reply to me even after giving confirmation that they will contracted me in 24 hrs which supposed to be September 16th,2021.

Today I have discussed with Rita A. about the installation issues that I have and she made arrangements for the windows to be installed tomorrow October 26th, I am very pleased with this agreement. She was very polite and professional in resolving this issue. I Really appreciate her help, thank you Rita

As per your text messages, you refused to book an installation date. The windows have been ready and we are still waiting for you to agree to an installation date.
