The service was professional and quick. Both Sliding doors work perfectly. After service attention to a screen door was handled immediately and proves to me that their warranty service does work and customer satisfaction is paramount. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to replace doors and windows.

The sales representative, Gihan, was great to work with. He fully explained all steps in the process and was always available to answer questions.

The installation crew was equally great. They were friendly and courteous. They minimized mess during the installation and cleaned up once the work was finished for the day.

Jeff and Ethan put in three windows for us and our old home with the utmost of care and consideration. Jeff explained to me as they went what was happening and how they were considering the best approach given our home doesnt have a right angle to save its life. And once installed Jeff again gave me a good overview of operating all the windows and explained their benefits. It was lovely to work with Jeff and Ethan from Clera and I strongly recommend others to reach out to you folks first when considering installing windows. Ill be back next year.
