Forever Stone Design is a great company to do business with. We wanted to do the front area of the house including the porch, the driveway, the walkway, and the steps. We contact the top rated contractors on Homestars. Forever Stone Design did beat all of them easily in everything: professionalism, Innovation, Efficiency, Flexibility and quality. Working with Mimmo was one of the best decisions we ever made. They completely transformed the face of the house to a masterpiece.
PROFESSIONALISM: Mimmo is very honest and delivers what he promises. It never happened that he missed an appointment or wasted our time by being late or anything like that. We contacted him early May and He told us he does not have time until August. However, given the great reviews we read about him, I preferred to wait and it was really worth waiting. We felt so comfortable that we are in safe hands from beginning to the end.
INNOVATION: Mimmo actually delivered more than what we were expecting. It happened that our outdoor steps were so narrow and even the mail carrier complained that they are dangerous, especially in the winter; we thought that there is nothing to do about that. Mimmo spotted the problem and he engineered a solution that worked great with everything else we asked for.
EFFICIENCY: As promised Mimmo called us towards end of July and he started the work last week of July and finished everything in 1 week. All my neighbors were amazed with the efficiency and the quality. Mimmo promised 1 week and 1 week it was.
FLEXIBILITY: Mimmo’s busy schedule will never affect you as a customer, Mimmo is a great listener, he never gets tired of questions and he never shoots down an idea. A good example is when we agreed that the driveway to be concrete, then we changed our mind to interlock after he started and he had no problem at all, he actually did charge us anything additional for that because he is already on site.
We highly recommend Mimmo, as a matter of fact we already do recommend him to our friends. Actually, his work speaks for itself.
