Terrible customer service, took 1 month to receive my carpet
Been using this company for about 2 years now and service has always been terrible. Stayed with them because there was really no other business close to Aurora that offers the same services. My latest experience is what led me to write this 1-star review. If they had 0 stars I would have given it.
First off, they DO NOT do the rug cleaning in-house, they contract it out to a dry cleaner. Which means they are the "middle-man" and price it out accordingly.
Secondly, they claim to have "Eco-friendly" and "kid-friendly" products to clean the carpet but how can they guarantee that if it is contracted out? On my most recent occasion of receiving the carpet back I could smell the chemicals used to clean it.
Thirdly, this latest experience I have not received my carpet back and it has been over a month. When they FINALLY called me back, I requested a discount considering they have had my carpet for over a month, only fair in my opinion. They completely declined this as if it wasn't their fault. They have lost a good customer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, STAY AWAY. Many other competitors that are cheaper and offer better service. Just do the research.
