8 piece bedroom set

Initially I had a problem with the chest of drawers that came with my bedroom set, as it was damaged. It took about a month for it to be fully addressed due to a clerical error. However, after speaking with the store manager, the problem was resolved within one day. He actually went above and beyond to fix the problem by replacing the entire chest instead of just having it repaired. So, if you do end up having a problem, speak directly to the store manager rather than approaching the sales associates on the floor. I am now satisfied with the bedroom set that I purchased.

Please, no matter what, do not buy from this place. Yes, the furniture may look nice in the showroom,but when it's delivered, it is a totally different thing.

I bought a bedroom set from FD. It was delivered on time but the delivery men were not that great.One asked me how much my house cost, and then proceeded to ask me for a glass of water. They dragged the boxes on my new hardwood floors. And, as they delivered something that I did not order, I let them know. They repeatedly asked me if I was sure. Finally, they took my word for it and brought up the right furniture.

When my husband put it together, we noticed that the chest of drawers was broken--one of the legs was broken in half. We went back to the store, FD on Bovaird, and they told me the manager would call me. She never did. I e-mailed her and she told me it would take 10-15 business days for a technician to come out (this was of course after she asked for pictures of the damage). Over a month later and no response. So I emailed her again. She did not respond, so I called the store. A man answered the phone and told me that the manager was very responsible and that maybe she was too busy. When I told him that that was no excuse he got very angry. When I asked him for his name, he refused to give it to me and hung up the phone.

I got out of my house and went to the store. When I confronted him, he refused to give me his name again. He actually went as far as to tell me that he did not have a name. When I approached another worker, he stormed towards me and jammed his business card in my hand. He then proceeded to yell at me in front of many other customers. He told me that I was disrespecting myself. When I told him that he was unprofessional, he lost it and ranted and raved all throughout the store.

Needless to say, this is not the best place to shop, unless you love horrible service and verbal abuse!!!!
